Innovation projects:Driving innovation – implementing projects, connecting partners, securing funding
We support the development and creation of innovation projects, lead interdisciplinary consortia, coordinate funding, and find solutions for successful project implementation and financing.
Drawing on our scientific expertise, we guide innovations through to market readiness. In doing so, we bring together organizations and companies from the business, scientific, political, and administrative sectors into networks.
1. Development and creation of innovation projects
During the project development phase, we identify the innovative core of the idea and align it with the current state of research and the market. In the next step, we bring the right partners on board, thereby ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of the project results from the very beginning. Our extensive network and direct access to committees and expert circles comprising stakeholders from politics, business, and research help us to incorporate new political, technical, and scientific developments into our projects at an early stage.
2. Project Management Office (PMO)
Since our founding in 2005, we have carried out more than 200 research and innovation projects focused on the decarbonization of various sectors.
In our role as a Project Management Office, we ensure efficient goal achievement and the smooth coordination of individual stakeholders. Our projects demonstrate that, together with our consortium partners, we develop solutions that are not only technically innovative but also economically viable and compatible with regulatory requirements.
3. Solutions for Project Implementation and Financing
Drawing on our technical, regulatory, and business expertise, we are often able to secure funding for innovation projects from EU, federal, or state sources. Thanks to our long-standing, close collaboration with funding agencies and project sponsors, we maintain a current understanding of the funding landscape. This enables us to assess the funding potential of an innovation at an early stage, assemble suitable consortia, and effectively coordinate the application process.
