Stakeholder management:

Everyone on board: Actively engaging stakeholders for successful climate-neutral solutions

hysolutions acts as a bridge between politics, business, science, and society to facilitate the transition to climate-neutral solutions. By actively engaging and connecting relevant stakeholders, we foster trusting partnerships and develop practical solutions for a sustainable future.

Working Together for Climate-Neutral Solutions

The transition to climate-neutral solutions across all sectors can only succeed if all stakeholders pull together. hysolutions sees itself as a bridge-builder between politics, business, science, and society. Through various formats at the national and local levels—such as events, discussions, or surveys—we actively engage stakeholders. This allows their experiences to inform the outcome or enables them to support the initiative. In addition, we connect the right partners from our network to build trust through the involvement of key industry players.

Incorporating Diverse Perspectives

We gather the perspectives of individual stakeholders through bilateral discussions, moderated stakeholder boards, or survey tools for less complex issues. Stakeholder input is weighted according to its relevance to the project outcome and incorporated into the subsequent steps of the process.

Dialogue and participation foster understanding

If stakeholders primarily act as recipients of information, we also design and facilitate events—upon request—in which the various stakeholders are engaged in a target-group-specific manner. In doing so, critical voices are consciously acknowledged and, if necessary, can be won over to the cause through their involvement in the process.

Experience and Network as Success Factors

Our many years of experience with government agencies, companies, and local partners enable us to take different perspectives into account. Through our network, which has grown over more than 20 years, we can also specifically involve additional stakeholders from the energy, mobility, and industrial sectors and build trust.
